If you’re looking for a safe pair of hands to manage the process of buying or selling look no further. I was looking to downsize my villa, but not until I had found something on the island to buy that could truly match the views of our frontline position. After a long search I asked Nick Cook of HOMEMENORCA for some help. Not only did he and the team find a stunning penthouse apartment overlooking Mahon Harbour for us, they also marketed and achieved full asking price for our villa. Although it was very sad to see the family villa go, to have found and secured such a stunning apartment has more than compensated. I have to say I couldn’t recommend HOMEMENORCA enough, efficient, attentive and managed every step of the process with ease.

This is the worst agency for potential buyers I have ever seen in Spain (and I work with many). As a result, I would strongly recommend property buyers to avoid Home Menorca if they want to be treated as CUSTOMERS.
